Helpful staff who actually make great suggestions. They dont just stock the shelves. They are educated about the products in the store. Clean store and bathrooms. Great signage to easily find what you are looking for. Very competitive pricing compared to Costco and Sam's Club.

Pretty good selection. Cashier was great. Wish I remember his name. Tall black guy. Tall, fat, bald white guy, not so happy. Didn’t have three of the bottles I wanted. Copper & King, Backbone Bourbon, and Jack Daniels 10 year. For such a large facility, you’d think they would have most of it.

This rating is for the wine and chocolate pairing class on 2/8/23 at the Temecula store. The instructor did not teach anything about wine tasting. He did not give any information about the wine. Simply went through the slides and we basically read them. He really had no interest in being there. If I wanted to just taste wine I would go to the wineries. At least I would have gotten better wine there. I could have done a better job at teaching this 'class'.

I love this place. I'm broadening my pallets and I have to say Alice and I believe his name was Adam were very helpful when I visited yesterday. The recommendations they made were solid and I already went through one bottle of the recommended champagne. I'll be back it's rare to see such a good customer service especially nowadays. Thank you for making this fun.

Completely recommend signing up on the app, been getting some great monthly coupons lately and they keep me coming back to try things we've never considered before. They give great service and most offer wonderful product insights to help you make selections.

All the liquors in the world! Ok, not all, but they have a good selection, tastings, and a pretty decent monthly sale for members. I prefer this spot over the other big store.

Went there, for the first time. I needed help, in finding the items I was looking for. One of the workers showed me where to find the wines I was looking for. Very nice store and friendly staff.
